1. Acceptance

By accessing or using streamstrategiesgroup.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated means to extract content except as permitted by our robots directives.

3. Consulting Services

Stream Strategies & Investments LLC provides consulting and advisory services. Information on this website is general in nature and describes services that may be available. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer to enter into an engagement, and no engagement exists until a written agreement is executed by both parties.

4. Client Responsibilities

Consulting engagements depend on client participation. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, making decisions within the client’s authority, supplying resources identified in the scope of work, and implementing recommendations the client chooses to adopt. Delays or inaccuracies in client-supplied information may affect timelines, deliverables, and fees.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are determined by scope. A written proposal or service agreement identifying the applicable fee is provided before services begin.

Payment terms. Payment terms, due dates, and any applicable late-payment provisions are disclosed in the client’s written service agreement before the engagement begins. Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services in accordance with the applicable agreement and applicable law.

Stream Strategies does not charge interest on overdue balances. Card payments and invoicing are processed by Stripe.

6. Scope Changes

Additional work outside the agreed scope requires client authorization and may result in additional fees. Scope changes are documented in writing before the additional work begins.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Stream Strategies & Investments LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.

Stream Strategies & Investments LLC retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, frameworks, processes, templates, systems, tools, models, and other intellectual property, including where those materials are incorporated into an engagement. A client does not acquire ownership of that underlying intellectual property by engaging Stream Strategies.

Clients receive rights to use the final customized deliverables prepared specifically for their engagement. The scope of those rights is governed by the applicable client agreement.

8. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidentiality obligations, permitted disclosures, and duration are set out in the applicable engagement agreement.

9. Third-Party Services

We may recommend or coordinate with third-party providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, or services of third parties, and any engagement you enter into with a third party is between you and that party.

10. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Stream Strategies Group does not guarantee any particular result. Outcomes depend on client participation, circumstances, market conditions, implementation, and third parties. We do not guarantee procurement awards, funding outcomes, or any credit-reporting treatment or credit-score outcome.

11. Not Regulated Professional Advice

Stream Strategies Group is not a law firm, accounting firm, registered investment adviser, or tax advisory firm, and does not provide legal, tax, investment, accounting, or other regulated professional advice unless a particular service is expressly delivered by an appropriately licensed professional.

12. Termination

Cancellation and termination. Cancellation and termination rights are governed by the applicable service agreement and applicable law. Clients should review their agreement for applicable notice requirements and provisions governing services already performed, work in progress, completed deliverables, and amounts already paid.

Stream Strategies may suspend or terminate an engagement for nonpayment, or where a client fails to cooperate or to provide information reasonably necessary for Stream Strategies to perform the agreed services.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Stream Strategies & Investments LLC is organized in the State of Texas, and these Terms are intended to be governed by Texas law.

Specific venue and dispute-resolution provisions applicable to an engagement are set out in the client’s service agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Specific paid engagements are governed by their own signed client agreement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.
