Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Governed by the Written Agreement

Cancellation and refund rights are determined by the nature of the engagement, the work performed, applicable law, and the client’s written agreement. Each client receives applicable cancellation, refund, and termination provisions before entering into an engagement.

2. How to Request Cancellation

Clients seeking to cancel an engagement should contact Stream Strategies Group using the contact information contained in their agreement. If you do not have your agreement to hand, you may contact info@streamstrategiesgroup.com or 877-708-0103 and we will direct your request appropriately.

3. Work Already Performed

Amounts earned for services already performed may be subject to the terms of the applicable agreement and applicable law.

4. No Blanket Policy

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the nature of the engagement, services performed, the applicable client agreement, and applicable law. Applicable cancellation, refund, and termination provisions are provided to clients before entering an engagement.

Because engagements differ substantially in scope, duration, and structure, Stream Strategies Group does not apply a single fixed cancellation or refund rule to all engagements. The terms that apply to you are the terms in your agreement.

5. Completed Work

Completed client deliverables produced through the effective cancellation or termination date are provided to the client, subject to the applicable agreement.
