Pricing Policy

1. Scope-Based Pricing

Stream Strategies Group uses scope-based pricing. Fees are determined by factors including the nature and complexity of the engagement, anticipated duration, required resources, deliverables, implementation requirements, and level of ongoing support.

2. General Range

Consulting engagements generally range from $5,000 to $50,000, although customized engagements may fall outside this range.

3. Written Disclosure Before Services Begin

A written proposal or service agreement identifying the applicable fee is provided before services begin. Every client receives a written scope of work and pricing disclosure before entering a paid engagement.

4. Work Outside the Agreed Scope

Additional work outside the agreed scope requires client authorization and may result in additional fees. Scope changes are documented in writing before the additional work is performed.

5. What Published Pricing Represents

Pricing displayed on this website is informational. It does not constitute an offer of financing and does not guarantee eligibility for any particular engagement or payment arrangement.

6. Payment Arrangements

Stream Strategies Group may offer payment in full, milestone billing, installment arrangements, or commercial payment terms for certain engagements. Availability and terms vary by engagement and are subject to applicable agreements, eligibility requirements, and law. All applicable payment terms are disclosed before the client enters an agreement.

Before accepting an engagement, Stream Strategies provides a written agreement identifying the total contractual amount, payment schedule, applicable due dates, scope of services, and other material terms. Where a client is approved for a recurring or installment arrangement, scheduled payments may be placed on authorized autopay through Stripe with the client’s written authorization.

Stream Strategies does not charge interest on installment balances.

Specific down-payment amounts, the number and size of installments, repayment periods, and any late-payment provisions vary by engagement and are disclosed to the client in writing before the client enters an arrangement.

Stream Strategies does not describe these arrangements as loans, financing, credit-building products, or credit-reporting products.

7. Deliverables

Stream Strategies Group does not manufacture deliverables merely to justify a price. Contracts specify the services Stream Strategies will genuinely provide for that engagement.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales, use, or other taxes, where any apply to the services provided, are addressed in the engagement agreement.

9. Changes

Published pricing information may change. The pricing applicable to an engagement is the pricing stated in that engagement’s written agreement.
